Whiton Hall is just a few minutes' walk away from over 100 stores and restaurants, Ithaca City Hall, the county library, and the Green Street bus station -- offering regular trips to Cornell, Ithaca College, and hundreds of other points of interest. Enjoy access to these amenities and more, without the noise and crowds on the Commons itself. Each room comes with its own mini-fridge and microwave. For more elaborate cooking or storage of larger items, the building has a shared kitchen on each floor, with a full-size refrigerator and an electric oven and stove. Shared lounges on the first and second floors offer FREE use of a large flat-screen television. In addition to the mini-fridge and microwave, each room comes furnished with a full-size bed, dresser, bookcase, desk, and chair. Rent includes heat, hot/cold water, electricity, wifi, and access to the building's laundry and trash facilities. Off street parking is available by separate lease. Our leases are for 12 months, with an option to sublet. Security deposit and one month's rent are due upon lease signing. No pets allowed.
