It's a 3 story, 3 bedroom Townhouse with full bathroom in each bedroom plus a half bathroom at the 2nd floor. One bedroom in the 1st floor and 2 bedrooms in the 3rd floor. All bedrooms with carpet. Living room with a gas fireplace and kitchen with Oven, Microwave and Refrigerator are in the 2nd floor. Hardwood stairs to the 2nd floor with hardwood flooring as well. Close to I-5 and walking distance to University of Washington. Our children stayed here when they were students at the UW. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Lease term is yearly. No smoking inside property. Renter maintains cleanliness inside and outside of property. Maximum of 3 individuals. No pets allowed.
