Westbrook Court Apartments - Unclaimed

The setting is very nice, and the apartments I saw were newly renovated, attractive, and convenient. I was put off by the narrow, dark common hallways (which have a very unpleasant odor) and the general state of disrepair of the building, although I understand that it's till in the process of renovation. It's also disappointing that with such nice grounds and surroundings, there isn't really a place to sit outside. The lack of an in-unit washer and dryer was also a negative factor for me.
