There are dishes, pots, pans, utensils, drinking glassware, and cups. The living room has a full-size sofa sleeper: Free 5G (400 Mbps) Wi-Fi, basic cable channels, and TV. Each bedroom has a Queen size bed with sheets and linen. The master bedroom includes a window AC. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a detachable showerhead. There is a stackable washer/dryer inside the condo for your private use. This condo complex is a short walk to restaurants, grocery stores, a farmer's market, and Honokowai Beach Park. It is a short drive to Kaanapali boardwalk, the famous Black Rock on Ka'anapali Beach, Whaler's Village Shopping Center, historic downtown Lahaina, popular snorkel spots: Napili, Kapalua, and Honolua Bay, as well as world-renowned golf courses including Kapalua Golf Course on the Plantation Golf Course. One assigned parking space. No smoking and no pets. 4 people maximum. Utilities: Tenant pays electricity and phone. Security deposit is equal to one month of rent. Application: A complete background check of all tenants over 18 years of age is required. There is a non-refundable application fee of $37 per applicant to cover background and credit check.
