This condo is furnished so unfortunately, there is no room for your own furniture. Ground floor, park right at your front door. The perfect tenant will be a single person or a couple, sorry but this is NOT BIG ENOUGH for more than two people. Absolutely NO ROOM MATE situation. Renter must be pre-approved by the Condo Association and the application fee is $135. A criminal background check will be run and is it NOW PAID BY THE OWNER (one person only). The rent for this Cape Coral condo is $1,500.00 a month includes community heated pool, sewer, water, trash pick-up and pest control. You only pay for Electric and Internet. The condo is in a prime location, only two blocks off Del Prado and one block north of Coronado Parkway. It is close to everything! The refundable security deposit is $2,000.00. Finally, I am the OWNER. Deal directly with me NOT a rental agency or real estate company. Yes, there are many scams out there but I can PROVE that I am the legitimate owner of this Cape Coral condo.
