Welcome to Villa 10, a 10 unit apartment community with a modern aesthetic. This community is comprised of 2 bed, 2 bath apartments on both 2nd floor and 1st floor levels. We offer 12 Month Leases We charge a $15/month fee for landlord coverage, which protects the property only and satisfies our renter's insurance requirement.
