     Property

    Overpriced! Small, needed painting, new carpet. Worn furniture covered most of the space. Tiny closet with mirrored sliding doors. Patio needed painting. Swimming pools were closed. Laundry room small and coin op, used by all (?) the many tenants. Exercise room crowded with equipment, hot temperature. Very disappointing!

     Management

    Realtor was the person who was with me and another prospective tenant. He was personable but did not really know the property, give a guided tour, have answers to questions. The other prospective tenant was the person who knew where the exercise room and laundry were.
