Verde Vue Apartments - Unclaimed

You have to make an appointment to tour the property. Upon my tour there isn’t a cart to take you to different areas, so be prepared to walk. We didn’t go far so not a huge issue. The property appears and feels old, although the listing says they’ve done 2.3 million in renovations. I’m sorry, but I didn’t see it. The windows in a lot of units have torn/damaged blinds which looks absolutely terrible. The windows on the units and the leasing office need washing. The doors on the units need painting, have scratches and dents. There’s debris and spider webs in the hallway. The only plus I could see is the units are Huge! No exaggeration. I saw the 2 bedroom flat and the 2 bedroom townhouse. The townhouse is the picture that’s shown in the pictures and it looks exactly like the picture; however I would be hesitant to believe the unit I sign the lease for would come close to looking like that based on what I saw. It could be a very nice property, but I don’t see how anyone could or would be comfortable paying the requested amount of rent and love coming home here. There is a fitness room but I wasn’t shown. I guess I needed to ask just like I would’ve been shown the townhouse if I didn’t ask.......but I thought my tour/inquiry was for the 2 bedroom option. It may work for some, but I’ll pass.
