Adorable Second Floor, Quiet Building- Ready for You! This is located on the SECOND floor of a very quiet building and offers everything you need for comfortable, PEACEFUL living. As you can see from the pictures- this unit has LOTS of character! It can be used in a variety of ways, depending on tenants needs. There are LOTS of closets for ample storage too! There is a separate/storage laundry room that is attached to the unit and includes the washer and dryer! The bathroom is very narrow, but serves its purpose. So sorry, no bathtub though, just the shower stall. The parking is on the street, unless there is a parking ban, then tenants can park in the driveway. This side of Summer Street is very wide and you can typically park right in front of the building. The rent is $1,700 and includes heat and hot water!
