Complex provides controlled access entry and garage parking. Two remotes will be issued for garage parking. Landscaping is included in the rent. Tenants are responsible for water, sewer, and garbage which will be directly posted to your tenant ledger. Tenants responsible for setting up electric into their name. One cat is allowed with prior approval and additional fees.
