Furnished ground-floor condo (2 bedroom / 1 bath) in the Yacht Club community with an amazing view of Hidden Lake. The condo has an open living/dining/kitchen area and a large main bedroom. The second bedroom has a fold-out wall bed so that it converts instantly to an office. The bathroom has just been fully renovated, so it is brand new for you when you move in. There are a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a deck with a great view of Hidden Lake, as well as a smaller outdoor area off the main bedroom. (Did I mention that it's right by the lake?) Unfortunately, lake permits for boating/swimming/fishing are not available to renters, but you will be able to use the community pool in the summer. I am a professor who is temporarily abroad working on research, so my home is available to rent until August 2026 (when I expect to return). I have packed up my personal items into the garage, but the furniture is there for you. I left enough room in the garage for you to park at least a small car, and there are also plenty of unassigned outdoor spaces around the community. I would prefer to leave the utilities in my name. Water is included (it's provided unmetered by the condominium association). However, I will ask you to pay me the gas/electric at actual cost; I'll send you the bill I get from Xcel Energy. The exact lease duration is negotiable, but I expect to return in August 2026, so it will not be renewable beyond that point. I would prefer to leave the utilities in my name.
