It's available April 15 th until June 5th then available July 6th . I will consider 6-12 month lease after July 6th . Kitchen has stainless appliances ,dishwasher refrigerator and microwave and granite counter tops .Also enjoy the hot tubs and a workout room . Also bike trail to the strand from condo and on bus route that takes you up and down the South Bay . Will do short term rentals . Owner pays water ,trash ,wifi,and electric for short term rentals only . 150 cleaning fee.
