Tenant is also responsible for keeping clear and timely (Same Day) communications via phone call, text, or e-mail (Preferably Phone Conversation) with landlord, informing me of any damage or problems that may occur in order to resolve them in a timely manner.

The condo will be in the process of being sold and there may or may not be regular showings during your stay. I will give you 24 to 48 hours notice before the showing and will expect the condo to be in excellent condition (Clean and Organized) at all times.
