     Property

    There were a couple minor imperfections such as a portion ceiling in the bathroom that seemed to have water damage. Then in the same bathroom a vent cover was missing. Apartment is ok sized compared to what you get in kc. Grounds are well kept it appeared the parking lot was mostly clear of snow and ice as were the sidewalks.

     Management

    Very laid back not pushy or sign the lease today!
