The Lily, A Residential Neighborhood is a newly constructed, gated duplex community. The rent amount, based on a two-year rental agreement, is $1,250.00 per month. This means you must make an annual salary of $45,000.00. If only a 1-year contract is requested, the rent would be $1,350.00 per month. This means you must make an annual salary of $48,600.00. The approval of this application along with 4 weeks proof of income will be necessary for consideration of a rental agreement. No application fee. First month's rent and $500.00 non-refundable security deposit due at time of lease signing. Small dog (50lbs and under) as well as certain dog breeds will be considered. There is a non-refundable pet deposit of $300.00 due in advance, at time of signing. One dog per unit permitted. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CATS. WE DO NOT ACCEPT HUD nor do we offer any type of subsidized housing. Tenant responsible for rent and all other utilities services. Landlord pays for landscaping, quarterly pest control and trash pickup.
