     Property

    Tons of space for the price. Big bedrooms, plenty of closet space. One bedroom doesn't have any closets. Tiny kitchen, but good-sized utility room/dining room adjacent. Supposed to be getting new carpet in master bedroom. Nice neighbors, shares parking with Dreamland. Very busy neighborhood two blocks from UAB's new police station. Lots of students walking the street.
