Honestly, it looks good from the street view and it looks good on paper/website and thats about it. A week ago my daughter and I made an appt to take a tour of a floor plan that was available when I called, so I was told. Our appt took place July 1st this past Thrusday. We arrived early and we were shown the floor plan for a 1bd room. Now, don't get me wrong it was a beautiful apt, but when I asked the young lady who was showing it to us (Leslie) questions about the grounds, and if we could see the 2bd (like we requested) she told me, and I quote, "Oh we don't have anything available at this time." So I told her the their website & others (Zillow & Apt.com) showed that they did. And if none were available why wasn't I notified before making the trip out there? Her responce was "Oh yea the website's haven't been updated. that in fact as of that morning there was nothing available." So I was very disappointed to say the least. Not only in the whole situtation, but that Leslie could have mentioned something to us when we walked in, and she didnt. Also at the fact that she had an attitude as if we were wasting "HER" time. Very poor customer service to say the least. Too bad because we really would have like to lease from here.
