Feel at home in this cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment just steps from the beach. Please note that the elevator is temporarily out of service. This apartment features a full kitchen with fully equipped appliances, a coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, and stove. For your entertainment, there are flat-screen TVs with Netflix. Beach essentials, linens, towels, a hair dryer, and an iron are provided. Pets are allowed for an extra fee of $100. A pack 'n play and cooler are available upon request. Stroll to nearby dining, pubs, and bars, or take a short 15-minute drive to Brickell, Wynwood, and MiMo. Parties are prohibited. Quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise levels or other obscene behavior requires a police callout, and you will be dismissed from the property without a refund. There is a $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to the property; please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance once your trash cans are full. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging; use the trash can. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account.
