You can bring this application completed to the open house if you'd like to move forward. Each applicant will need to also bring your driver's license and two recent paycheck stubs. Hi there! I'm renting out my lovingly maintained and upgraded 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo in one of Long Beach's most charming and walkable neighborhoods, Bixby Knolls/Los Cerritos. This first-floor unit feels like a peaceful retreat, with views of mature trees, warm finishes, and plenty of space to feel at home. Inside, you'll find a spacious open layout, a huge primary bedroom with a walk-in closet, en-suite private bath, a beautifully upgraded kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (including a wine fridge!), and plenty of storage. In-unit washer and dryer, central A/C, and wood laminate flooring throughout that add even more comfort and convenience. Must have a good standing with current landlord. Paid in full renter's insurance due at time of lease signing, with first months rent and deposit.
