Each home has its own private entrance featuring keyless entry and attached garages. The first floor offers one bedroom with a private bath, the second floor has one bedroom with a private bath, kitchen with a large island, granite countertops, and upgraded appliances as well as a fully furnished living room with flat screen tv, sofa, chair and a three-piece table set up. The third floor offers a laundry with a full-size washer and dryer, two additional bedrooms each with its own private bathrooms.
