Taft Apartments

The Taft apartments were built in 1910 and maintains it's old World Charm but each has been updated over the years. Enjoy an easy walk to a variety of pubs, shops and restaurants close to campus as well as explore the vibrant Capitol Hill scene. This unit is located on the top floor of the West side of the building and receives lots of natural light. It has laminate floors throughout, a claw foot bathtub, and newer kitchen appliances. This unit is being offered on a 12 month Lease term and there is a $75 water, sewer, garbage utility fee per month. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome.
