There is a SMART TV (apps for Netflix, Hulu, etc. ) in each the Living Room and Master Bedroom for your enjoyment. A fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need to cook a home cooked meal is also available. Open your front door and you are steps to the uncrowded community pool and grilling area with picnic tables . There are 2 TV's (bedroom and living room) and WiFi. There is also a microwave, a coffee machine, tea kettle, a toaster, Keurig single use coffee machine and a blender. **Please note I just replaced the sofas with brand new designer sofas. The beige ones kept getting damaged by guests so I went with something sturdier and easier to clean. We have had great feedback on how comfortable they are! It is still a sleeper sofa.
