Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash disposal. Tenant pays electric. There is electric baseboard heat and a wall mounted AC unit. This is a 7 unit house conveniently located at the corner of Stanton Avenue and Chislett in East Liberty. It is across the street from the bus stop, and a few blocks from the shops in Shadyside, Whole Foods & Target in East Liberty, and a few minutes from Lawrenceville. There is limited parking in the back and coin operated laundry in the basement. A nice size yard wraps the front and side of the building. There is no extra storage in this building. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions.
