Water and shared cable + Wi-Fi included, but not pets allowed by HOA and no sub-lease permitted. Complex has very nice and big common area with Jacuzzi, Sauna, Recreation room and Seasonal pool. Washers and Dryers located in the same building few doors down the unit itself. Walk to nearby restaurants, entertainment, and nightlife. Black Doubt Brewing Company (8-minute walk) offers one-of-a-kind local brews and Giovanni's Pizzeria (10-minute walk) is a classic pizza parlor and sports bar. For bowling and your favorite 90s tunes, check out Mammoth Rock 'n' Bowl (13-minute walk).
