Spring Forest - Unclaimed

When I arrived to the leasing office, I noticed that there was a sign on the door of the laundry facility saying that a washer had broken. During the tour, the stairwell had no electricity and was dark. Not a good first impression. The apartment itself had a good space which is why I give it 2 stars. Otherwise, the apartment smelled of cigarettes. The bathroom tub had paint peeling. The shelving in the walk-in bedroom closet had nails sticking out of the wood. I didn't feel safe there.
