Permitted parking is available, 1 car per tenant. Parking is located in the parking lot on a first-serve basis or non-permit parking on the street. There is no guest or overflow parking is available. Landscaping is included in the rent. Tenants are responsible for water, sewer, and garbage which will be directly posted to your tenant ledger.
