Permitted parking is available, 1 car per tenant. Parking is located in the parking lot on a first-serve basis or non-permit parking on the street. There is No guest or overflow parking is available. Landscaping is included in the rent. Tenants are responsible for water, sewer, and garbage which will be directly posted to your tenant ledger. Tenants responsible for setting up electric into their name. One small pet under 25 pounds is allowed with prior approval and additional fees, $300 Non-refundable Pet deposit, $300 Refundable pet deposit.
