    Somerset Heights Located across the street from the Emory Clairmont campus. This is a great place and location for anyone part of the Emory Community. This complex boasts 174 units, mostly owned and very few rented. The community offers a variety of amenities including a swimming pool, fitness center, library, clubroom, a dog walk, and covered parking. Somerset Heights is within easy access to great shopping, restaurants, and entertainment in downtown Decatur. This rental won't last long. Please contact me asap if interested. PLEASE NOTE that there is a $500 move in/move out fee charged by the building. If you are interested, I have videos of the place that I can send, but for some reason cannot upload on this site. Heat, electricity, air conditioning is covered in the rent. No charge for laundry as the condo has washer and dryer.
