Our 2 story end unit, located on the quiet north side of the complex, is just a short walk to the bluff and stairs leading to the beach. Fully furnished with 2 cal kings and 1 queen bed, all kitchen supplies, TVs, couches, dining, etc. There are 2 reserved parking spaces just beneath the unit in the gated parking garage.
Main floor is open concept, including modern kitchen, dining, work space, powder room, and laundry. Open the slider to BBQ and dine on the patio. All bedrooms are on the 2nd level, including master en suite bathroom with tub, and hallway bathroom with shower. The second level patio is accessed from the queen bedroom.
Will consider leases anywhere from 2-8 months. Available December through May.
Owner pays for water, waste, and basic cable. Tenant pays for SDG&E and internet. One hypoallergenic dog may be added to the lease only on a 6 month lease or longer (pet deposit and pre-approval applies).
