Large windows in every room provide sunlight throughout this second floor corner unit -Bedroom #1: full size bed, MCM writing desk, nightstand and spacious built in closets -Bedroom #2: twin bed from Restoration Hardware, nightstand, Spacious built in closets and dresser -Kitchen with dishwasher, Washing machine and dryer for laundry. Washing machine and dryer are brand new as of 2022. We may or may not provide coffee maker and toaster, etc. If these small electric items are included, they are a courtesy and you will need to replace them yourself if/when they break. -The apartment has central air. -Washing machine and dryer (laundry) are included. -You will receive a parking permit for one or even two cars if needed. No extra charge for parking. Guests can also find parking but park slightly further away than residents. -Lots of storage in the apartment and possibility to use a small storage unit in the basement. -The location within the condo complex is ideal as it's not directly off the parking lot so you don't have cars pulling directly in front of the building. In the winter you have a small view of Lake Mendota. In the summer you cannot see the lake because tree foliage blocks it. -Tenant pays for own cable, Internet, water, gas and electricity. -Cats and dogs are 100% not permitted and not negotiable. -Located in an historic condominium complex on the Near East side of Madison in the Tenney Park neighborhood. Ideal location for visiting professors, foreign students or professors as well as anyone needing to be near the University of Wisconsin Madison or Madison College. Walking distance to vibrant shopping on the Near East side of Madison and the Capitol. -Cross the street to the lake with lake access for water sports like stand up paddling and windsurfing at Tenney Park. Ice-skating pond around the corner in the winter. Tennis courts where you can play tennis or pickle ball a very short distance away. Children's parks are also a very short distance. -Because of condo regulations the minimum lease is six months. No exceptions to the six month minimum rental period. All prospective renters must fill out a rental application and apply with a deposit of one month's rent. Once your application has been approved you will be sent a copy of the lease to sign. Renters are responsible for utilities and cable/internet. Lease is from July 1st 2025 to June 30th 2026 or longer. We have a minimum one month lease period. There's a possibility of moving in Mid June. This condo is FULLY FURNISHED. We cannot rent it unfurnished. We CANNOT accept cats or dogs with no exceptions.
