This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit is conveniently located just south of Western Washington University and only minutes from downtown Fairhaven. In addition to its prime location, the unit features on-site laundry facilities. Pets are permitted with prior approval and additional fees. You may have up to 2 pets, each weighing no more than 25 lbs. There are breed restrictions, along with a $300 deposit, a $300 non-refundable deposit, and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. Tenants are responsible for water, sewer, and garbage, which will be charged directly to your tenant ledger. You will also need to set up electricity in your name. Off-street parking is available in a lot for all residents on a first-come, first-served basis. No short-term lease options. Note: Photos may not depict exact unit(s) available.
