I am open to renting this unit furnished or unfurnished. The unit is 740 square feet and includes a balcony and covered parking space. There is an elevator and in-building washer and dryer. Walking distance to local bars, restaurants, and ice cream shops and a short drive to a lot of the hospitals in the city. High street is super quaint and residential with a safe, homey feel. All utilities are included for the $50.00 monthly flat rate fee. No smoking in unit and the building HOA requires that you step out onto the street to smoke. Pets are negotiable. There is a 3 month minimum rent duration and the longer the better.
