I am traveling from November 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026, and am seeking to rent out to 1 person my fully furnished space in a very large Penthouse duplex (1652 sq ft).
This space includes a furnished bedroom (134 sq ft 12.5 m2) with a king-size bed private large balcony (448 sq ft 41 m2) and a large private study (240 sq f 22 m2) with its private bathroom.
The rest of the apartment (the very large kitchen and living room, and the third balcony opening off the living room) will be shared with my current roommate of 3 years, a 28 year old professional who has his own private bathroom, bedroom and balcony.
The rent ($2000 per month) will include all utilities (electricity, hot water), WIFI and internet.
Washing machine and dryer in the unit.
The elevator building is located centrally on Washington St, Hoboken's main street, a very lively spot with many stores, restaurants, bars, etc., and is a 10-minute walk from the PATH and ferry to NYC, and is across the street from the bus stop.
I will need a month's security deposit.
Month to month lease, renewable for 6 months (11/1/25 - 4/30/26).
