Master bedroom has a king bedroom set, one of the spare rooms has a full over full bunk bed with a trundle and the other bedroom has a queen bed. The master bathroom has both bathtub and shower. This home also has stackable washer and dryer in the laundry closet for your laundry needs. Our home is located in the purple parrot gated community which has a fantastic low key friendly vibe. There is a fun, beautiful lagoon style pool located across the street from the house that only residents can access. There is also a little tiki bar/restaurant that has delicious food and drinks that will have live music on occasion.Home must be pet and smoke free due to HOA restrictions . ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. No pets or smoking allowed due to HOA. No linens provided. We will tack on a fee every month if linens are needed. Lease time is August 15-May 1
