Improvements include high-quality heating system, slate roof, and updated electric service, along with a restored exterior facade, and individual apartment upgrades. It has modern systems and also historic architectural flourishes. Each apartment has its own tenant-reserved, off-street parking spot. All units are smoke-free Enjoy local amenities including local dining, farmers' markets, and recreational activities on the water all within a short walk from your home. Centrally located, Vergennes offers an easy commute to Burlington and Middlebury. Available: August 1st: 96 Main Street, Apt. B This sunny, 2nd-floor one-bedroom apartment has large windows and many updates. Improvements have included: a complete overhaul of the bathroom that included the installation of new tiled floors and tiled shower surround, and the replacement of the toilet, sink and fixtures and fan; updated kitchen cabinets; and the installation of new overhead lighting (not pictured). The kitchen is accentuated by an electric range with a ceramic top and convection oven (not pictured) with overhead hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, stainless-steel sink, and pantry closet. There are no laundry facilities or hook-ups in the apartment or in the building. Monthly rent is $1,550.00, which includes heat, hot water, on-site parking for one vehicle, landscaping, snow removal, water and sewer. Utilities (electricity and internet) are the responsibility of the tenant. We require a one-year lease commitment. We will consider applicants who own pets. First month's rent, security deposit and applicable pet security deposit are required at lease signing. There is no smoking, including cannabis, in or nearby the building.
