Upscale two bedroom, two bath luxury condo is appx. 1.5 short blocks to boardwalk and beautiful beach. It is totally renovated with furniture, stainless steel appliances, full size washer/dryer, granite kitchen countertops, flat screen televisions and DVD player. Tile floors in kitchen and bathrooms. This condo offers king size bed in master bedroom, two twins in second bedroom and pull out queen size sleep sofa in living area. There is also a swimming pool open in season and barbecue grill near pool. Also features assigned parking space and security coded building access.
Nearby to this property is golf as well as fishing, watersports and fabulous night life. There is also a 24 hour grocery store across the street and is approximately 12 blocks to the Virginia Beach Convention Center. Most desirable location. This condo has it all

It was a nice apartment, had issues with the door but agent ensured we got in .

It was a nice apartment, had issues with the door but agent ensured we got in . Ad stated "pets contact Manager" was told no pets allowed then told building did not allow pets. There were pet regulations posted on wall inside building. Whether the showing agent did not ask or owner lied. I did not appreciate it.
