Laundry in building free for usage. Bedroom is not large but will hold a queen sized bed. Not the space if you are looking for tons of sq footage but it is the right space if you want a cozy one bedroom in a well maintained building. Great location right down the street from Casa Del Pueblo and close to all CTA transport. Cats okay. No dogs.
I care about the spaces I have created and high attention was paid to details. I work hard to keep spaces clean and tenants happy. Building has great and respectful tenants.
