Laundry is just downstairs with coin machines. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with all the appliances you may need to cook at home (toaster, electric kettle, rice cooker, coffee maker, blender, hand mixer), cooking and eating utensils, spices, plates, cups, and so much more! Just put your clothes away and feel right at home. There's an open floor plan with a large living room features new windows, and architectural molding, which continues through the dining room. The master bedroom has excellent closet space and walks out to the screened-in balcony for two, facing the outdoors. Two ceiling fans - one in the living room and one in the bedroom (brand new). The couch in the living room opens up into a sofa bed, so guests are welcome! The complex features a clubhouse, heated swimming pool and spa, library, indoor table sports, fitness room and other amenities. The condo itself is centrally located - a half a mile walk to Dunedin's downtown with shops, restaurants and the marina. The community is incredibly friendly and welcoming! Meet your friends while relaxing by the heated pool or watching the sunset at the Dunedin dock. It's honestly a piece of paradise. The condo is located in the golf cart zone, if you bring your own.
