Property
The inside of the apartment was nice. It was newly remolded. But the hallways of the complex smelled like mildew and not maintained well. The surrounding outdoor complex area looks decent. But it obvious this is not a high class apartment complex. The management was nice and helpful. though.
Management
They were very nice although we were quoted a rental price about $300 higher than the price listed on Zillow for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath. The manager stated that the rent rent up on March 1. So maybe Zillow will like to update their listings.
