Property
I would give it 5 stars if they had the actual apartment for viewing and not just the models they had setup in their leasing office building. I did ask to see the entrance way of a building and it smelled a lot like spices and food, but, this may be inevitable. Maybe they could have air fresheners in the hallway?

The apartment was dirty and fairly run down. There is no central air condition and only one of the two bedrooms had an air conditioning unit. The show apartment had ceiling vents for the central heat and the real apartment had external floor vents. Bathroom had dead bugs in it.

The leasing agent was nice. We were originally with someone who was just assisting for the day and didn’t work at that property, so it was hard getting our questions answered immediately.
