Charming Ocean-View Condo for Rent 875 La Playa Street, Apt 179 $4,850/month | 2 Bed, 2 Bath After seven great years, we're moving on from this place we've called home and we're hoping to find someone who'll love it as much as we have. It's been a special spot for us, filled with ocean views, quiet mornings, and long walks by the water. About the Condo: Ocean Views Everywhere: You can see the water from every room. It never gets old especially at sunset. Updated Throughout: We renovated the space with hardwood floors and modern bathrooms that still feel warm and comfortable. Primary Bedroom: It's spacious, with two big closets and a small nook we've used for reading, working, or just relaxing. Second Bedroom: Opens onto a private balcony that also looks out at the ocean. It fits a queen bed and desk comfortably. Living Space: Bright and airy, with lots of natural light and a calm vibe from the ocean breeze. What We've Loved Most: This neighborhood has been a huge part of why we stayed so long. Andytown Coffee is downstairs and has the best views in the city (and really good coffee). Safeway is right across the street, which makes life easier. Our gym, FitClub SF, is just around the corner. And Josh from Ocean Beach Cafe has created a really unique space with great food, non-alcoholic drinks, and plenty of heart he's one of a kind. We've walked through Golden Gate Park almost daily, and we still head out to Land's End at least a few times a month. Sutro Heights is our favorite hidden spot to take in the views with some peace and quiet. This place has been good to us, and we're excited to pass it on. If you're looking for a home that feels close to nature but still connected to the city, this is a great one. Water, gas, trash included. Renter pays electricity. One time non-refundable pet deposit of $500. No smoking allowed. 1 parking spot available. Renters are responsible to maintain the balcony.
