Large Guest Closet in LR, Pantry in Kitchen and Linen Closet in bath - lots of storage space! Both bedrooms have double closets; coin operated laundry on site. Residents pay their own utilities. Animals considered on a case by case basis; limit of one animal per apartment, max of 50#. No puppies or kittens allowed. There are additional requirements for having an animal, including extra refundable deposit (if no damage), extra monthly rent required, and other requirements. If you wish to bring an animal to the apartment, please request a paper animal application and a sheet outlining the requirements for having an animal.
