There are washer and dry hookups located in the pantry off of the kitchen, so there can be laundry in-unit. There is a front and back entrance, with a balcony at the rear and anterior entryways. The main entrance to the building is keyless; locking and unlocking the door utilizes a touchpad code. All windows in the home are treated with light-filtering cordless blinds. The property is located directly across the street from Bristol Hospital, and approximately 1 mile from highway I-84.
