Units include ceiling fans, brand new luxury vinyl plank floors, and modern grey walls. Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and washer and dryer are included in the rent as an added amenity! Furry friends are welcome, with a limit of 1 pet per bedroom There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent. Size and breed restrictions may apply, so make sure to ask your leasing representative before applying. Security deposit is the same as the rent with a $75 administration fee per tenant. The rental price includes standard Internet, on-site trash dumpster, and a monthly utility allowance of $70 for water and electricity per bedroom.
