Permitted parking is available, limit one car per tenant. Parking is located in the parking lot on a first-serve basis, or non-permit parking on the street. Sorry, there is no guest or overflow parking available. Landscaping is included in the rent. Tenants are responsible for water, sewer, and garbage which will be directly posted to your tenant ledger. Tenants are responsible for setting up electric into their name. One small pet under 25 pounds is allowed with prior approval and additional fees.
