SUMMER SPECIAL (mARCH15-Oct.) $1999/ month. Other rates described below. Rent a resort location at apartment rate this Summer. Unique ground floor fully equipped and furnished resort style condominium approximately 2 miles to some of Naples' best beaches--Wiggins Pass and Vanderbilt. Condominium is located in greater "Bay Forest" community with its own .5 mile boardwalk through natural forest to a private tiki hut and boat launch into Gulf of Mexico lagoon. Gulf beaches, as indicated above, are accessible by kayak or other non-motorized craft from our own boat launch. Community is encircled by two mile paved bike/walking path through natural vegetation with birds (Egrets, Ibis, Herons) in abundance and two fresh water ponds with catch and release bass fishing. From the path one can often see bobcats, rabbits, Gopher Tortises and otters. At the Tiki hut dolphins are frequently seen along with the occasional manatee and other marine life. You can fish the lagoon from the boardwalk. Other amenities include clay tennis courts, pickle ball, bacca, shuffle board and a club house with exercise/weight room. The clubhouse has reserve rooms for business or family meetings. There is also a community pool about 100' from the unit with adjacent covered and open picnic pavilions complete with community gas bar-b-que. There are frequent entertainment, exhibitions and improvement coarses or seminar offerings at the Club House. Bay Forest and Naples Cove both have online Websites providing further information. Unit amenities are described below. Owner pays all utilities, HOA fees, building insurance and taxes; EXCEPT FOR SALES AND TOURIST TAX ( 12 % combined) applicable for lease less than 6 months to be paid by tenant. One month minimum rental required with longer applications preferred. Rental rate for 12 month lease is $2,300.00/ month or as negotiated. Rental rates for shorter term are seasonably adjustable as follows: December--March $4,500/moth. April & November, $3,000/month. May--October $2,200/month; or as may be negotiated. Last two weeks FREE ! for six months or longer lease entered before 1/31/2026. Unit is smoke free, pet free (except licensed service dogs). Parking is open permit included, but ample. In addition to cleaning fee of $150, renter pays HOA application fee and background check of $150. Landlord pays $100 of these fees currently and will continue to pay any such application fee over $150. Rental security deposit is $500 which is refundable after payment of any damages and after deduction of cleaning fee.
