This apartment is fully renovated with hardwood floors along with all new appliances that include W/D, stove, microwave and fridge. It also is fully furnished! Pictures are current. Dogs are welcome! Large back deck overlooks a fenced backyard that has a firepit and grill, that is available for use also. Long term or short terms leases are available. Utilities are paid directly to landlord and they include internet, water/electric, trash, yard maintenance. This eliminates the need to pay utilities deposit to the city. Pets are welcome but a deposit is required. No smoking allowed inside.
