The condo is available to one or two people, and is non-smoking both within the unit and on the patios. No pets. A 30 day minimum stay is required. Lease is available for multiple months. $4500 per month from January 1 to March 31, 2026, $1950, April 1 to December 24, 2026. Landlord pays trash and water. Tenant pays remainder of utilities.
