The kitchen is equipped with a full size oven, apartment size refrigerator, microwave, small appliances, pots and pans and dishes too. The unit comes with two off street parking spots. The complex has 3 hot tubs, 2 dry sauna's (a swimming pool and bbqs in the summertime only). Also has two coin operated laundry facilities onsite. The complex is located on the green line (bus stop located at entrance to complex) and a short walk to the main line makes for hitting the slopes in the winter time easy. The unit is centered in town a short walking distance to the grocery stores, bars, coffee houses, shops, and restaurants. No pets or smoking allowed. One year lease unit available October 15. (Or winter six months winter seasonal lease November to April at $2500 a month with $2500 deposit). First month rent plus security deposit due at signing. Renter is responsible for electricity. Owner pays for water, trash, basic internet. No smoking, pets, or outside storage allowed of any kind. If evidence of pet found automatic security deposit is revoked.
