The well designed kitchen has a newer stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and lots of cabinets. No Shared laundry here! There is a convenient, a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. Free "locked", on site bike storage is available. This is a "NO SMOKING" building. Utilities -- there is a monthly utility charge of $80 for the 1st occupant ($40 for each additional occupant) that covers water, sewer and garbage -- Resident will need to cover only metered electricity internet and cable TV. Included in your monthly housing cost is our popular Residents Benefit Program! (This is a mandatory program). Benefits include free Automated Clearing House payments (which allow no check, free payments by bank transfer), up to $1000 accidental damage protection, free overnight hotel stays under certain emergency circumstances, security deposit review, free lock-out/key replacement coverage, and free sink drain packs! Pets must be at least 1 year old, spayed/neutered, housebroken, have no history of aggressive behavior, and have favorable landlord references. Pets and/or ESA animals must be screened or verified by applying at umanopm. Off street, covered parking is possible for just $75/month. This conveniently located building is just 2 blocks away from several bus lines -- the D Line, 15 & 15 Express, 18, and 40. It's just a 15-20 minute walk to get to downtown Ballard. Renter's insurance with $500K personal liability is required. (Usual cost is less than $18 per month). Basic qualifications are good credit, stable, verifiable income 2.5 times the monthly rent, and positive landlord references. We are not located on site, and WE DO NOT OFFER "VIRTUAL VIEWINGS". YOU (or someone representing you) MUST VIEW THE PROPERTY "IN PERSON" BEFORE APPLYING. We do not accept portable tenant screening reports.
