The common areas include a shared washer and dryer, private storage lockers, and a courtyard that lets you feel like you are away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Off street parking is provided at no additional cost. Water, sewer, and garbage are provided. Residents are responsible for electricity, gas, and internet. We are a cat friendly property;up to two cats are allowed with an additional $250 deposit per cat. Our supreme location is in Hosford-Abernethy which is smack dab in the middle of SE PDX between Buckman and Ladd's Addition. Cars are optional in this neighborhood and it is easily accessible to Trimet. It's only steps from your front door to get your cup of morning joe at Upper Left Roasters or a meal at Teote House Cafe. For nights when you want to eat in, you can shop at Market of Choice, New Seasons, Buckman Farmer's Market or Flying Fish. Within a half mile you have access to 5 buses, the street car, and the Orange Line Max.
